Return Policies
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Dtops.com Service Department.
  • Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. We will refund you 100% of the charge of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • Incorrect item ordered or changed your mind on and order can be returned at your expense within 30 days of receiving the order; we may have to charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Opened laser printers, inkjet printers and fax machines may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date, for the same item only. No refunds are available for these items, if opened. Exchanges may be allowed on some hardware items.
  • All consumable or medical items are non-returnable and non-refundable whether factory sealed or opened.
  • Refurbished or reconditioned products come with a 30-day defective-only guarantee and are sold "AS IS." We do not guarantee replacement.
    Non-defective returns will be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • We must receive the returned package within 14 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • Discontinued items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All products are sold with the respective manufacturer's warranties.
  • The customer assumes responsibility for insuring returned items.
  • No returns will be accepted without original packing material and documentation.
  • All items must be returning in "new" condition including all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
  • Opened non-defective returns are not always approved for return.

    Exceptions
    Please note that certain manufacturers require that they handle their damaged or defective products themselves.


Requesting A Product Return

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending your request via
    email to service@dtops.com
    or call us at 1-877-875-9187
    M-F 9:00 A.M. to 6 P.M. MST, Monday through Friday
    or Fax your request to 303-531-8871

    Please provide the following information:
    * Item being returned
    * Original order number (if possible)
    * Reason for return
    * Your name and daytime phone number

  2. Once approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
    We offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to manufacturer and/or Dtops.com policies.
    After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process prevails. All returns must be in "as-new" condition; in original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact complete with manuals, registration cards, and accessories.

  4. Once the product has been received, inspected/tested, we will refund you 100% of the charge of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Crediting Your Refund
A credit will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of your return to the account that was originally charged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
